Agreement to terms
By creating an account or using doublesixOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to clinic owners, invited staff, and any other authorised users of an institution on doublesixOS.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a legitimate healthcare provider, clinic owner, or staff member at a healthcare provider to use doublesixOS. You confirm that any clinic you set up represents a real, legally operating practice. We may request verification at any time and may suspend accounts that cannot be verified.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password or magic links with others. Each user should have their own account and use the staff invite system to collaborate. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for any illegal purpose, attempt to break or probe its security, impersonate another doctor or clinic, or store data unrelated to legitimate medical care. You may not resell access to the platform, scrape data, or use automated tools that abuse the service. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
Patient data responsibility
As the clinic owner or operator, you are responsible for obtaining patient consent before recording their data, complying with all applicable healthcare and privacy regulations in your jurisdiction, and ensuring the accuracy of the data you enter. doublesixOS is a tool to help you keep records — it does not absolve you of the professional and legal duties of running a clinic.
Pricing and payment
doublesixOS is free during beta. Paid plans will be introduced with at least 30 days notice to existing clinic owners. Subscriptions, when launched, will be billed monthly in advance. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Pricing for new features may change with notice.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime and continuous availability, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data sync delays, or third-party service outages (hosting, database, email delivery, or messaging providers).
Account termination
You can cancel your account at any time from settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or remain inactive for extended periods. On cancellation, your data will remain available for export for 90 days, after which it is permanently deleted.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of doublesixOS is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the platform at any time, with reasonable notice for significant changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email to clinic owners.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
